DRESS-NEW LOOK | LACE COLLAR-NEW LOOK | JACKET (NOT SEEN) - H&M
Hello lovelies, hope you're all doing well. I just thought I'd quickly show you guys what I wore to sixth form today. I never thought I'd actually say this but I actually kind of miss my school uniform. I find it so hard to get dressed in the mornings, which is why I love dresses like this; they're easy to style and add accessories to so it actually looks like I made an effort. I had been eyeing up the collars in new look for ages but I just never picked one up and then I saw this one in the sale for just £1! So obviously it was meant to be;D I love it and I think it just adds a little something extra to the dress. What is your favourite accessory at the moment?
I know exactly what you mean about missing uniform - a few weeks into sixth form and i was getting so stressed about outfit decisions! love the little collar though :) ox
ReplyDeleteI suppose now that I think about it, uniforms are a blessing in disguise! I can't wait to start wearing my own clothes though. I had no idea that the collar wasn't a part of the dress, and you managed to get that for that price?! Now, that's a steal. It adds such a classy touch to the tea dress, and it looks comfy as well! :)

ReplyDeleteAll through high school I fantasised about attending a school with a uniform. there are none in The Netherlands & I guess I had this weird romanticised idea of being a private school girl & never having to worry about what to wear ever again because the socks would make the outfit rockin' anyway lol ;)

I kind of feel the same thing too. I love to dress up but not every single day. Not having a uniform gives students more things to worry right? ;) The collar is cute, it looks so perfect with your dress. <3

Wow, that's a good dress for a $1. :) Way back in college, I hate my school uniform but now I am starting to miss it too. I agree, it's really hard to get dressed everyday. I wish I could also wear dress, but I am not really comfortable with it.
